Biography
Lisa Haneberg is a business author and has written several books in addition to her contribution for More Space. Her first book, High Impact Middle Management: Solutions for Today’s Busy Managers was a groundbreaking management book for professional middle managers (Adams Media January 2005). She has also written Organization Development Basics (September 2005) and Coaching Basics (March 2006) for the ASTD Press. She is currently working on two books for Jossey Bass, the first will be called, Focus Like a Laser Beam. She has written articles for several publications including Leader to Leader, Consulting to Management, Chief Learning Officer, Washington CEO Magazine, Workforce Performance Solutions Magazine, and Selling.
Lisa reaches a worldwide audience through her popular management blog called Management Craft (www.managementcraft.com and www.allbusiness.com). Management Craft offers resources and perspectives to leaders, managers, and those who develop and coach them. Her main website, www.haneberg-management.com highlights her products and services.
