Special Pre-Order Offer
We are currently taking pre-orders for the book at 800-CEO-READ.
If you pre-order the book before October 25th, there is a bag of goodies that comes with your book.
- You will receive a CD with all of the files that are available on the website. That includes all of the HTML, pdf and mp3 files. It is around 300MB of stuff.
- You will receive original image files for most of the photography that is used in the book. I say most because we haven't heard from everyone yet. We think the photography was outstanding and are ticked to be able to share it with you.

I know when you normally get to the end of these things, the offer will have some value or they'll say "But wait there is more!" That would be appropriate for our project, but let's just say the free stuff is probably worth as much as the book itself. So, preorder the book for $25 and you'll end up with $50 worth of cool stuff.
